This is a six class group program which runs two hours per week. Over the six classes participants will learn about healthy eating, non-dieting approaches to managing weight. The program will cover:
To help keep you on track, monthly follow-up groups (optional) are available to those who complete the Recipe for Change group.
To Register:
Attend an "Introduction to Best Weight" session or by Dietitian referral
