Mediterranean Eating 11:00am - 12:00pm

The Mediterranean Lifestyle is a long-term, sustainable eating approach that has proven health benefits, including heart disease prevention and blood sugar management.  The Mediterrean Eating class, led by a Registered Dietitian, teaches which foods to eat most often and how to start making changes to your eating habits.

This one-hour virtual group runs monthly.
