Managing High Cholesterol - This class focuses on understanding and managing high cholesterol. It aims to provide practical tips and strategies to reduce cholesterol. Topics include the types of cholesterol and the dietary changes you can start doing to lower your risk of heart disease.

Managing High Blood Pressure  - This class focuses on understanding and managing high blood pressure. It covers how changing a variety of dietary factors can help lower your blood pressure. Topics covered include sodium, label reading and how other nutrition and activity modifications can help to control your blood pressure.

All three classes discuss a variety of lifestyle interventions.  These classes aim to provide everyone with practical tips and strategies to reduce the risk of heart disease and lead a healthier life.

These classes work best when they are taken together, though anyone can choose to attend just one or two separately.

The classes are scheduled regularly or based on demand, so if you are interested please register.  The classes are presented both virtually or in-person, and are delivered by a Registered Dietitian.
