Healthy Habits for Healthy Weights

This class is for anyone looking for information on how to achieve their best weight.  With an overview of the many factors that contribute to our body weight, we will explore the concepts of metabolism and the pitfalls of fad dieting.  This class covers the basics of healthy eating and how small realistic changes can help you achieve your best weight.

This class is led by a Registered Dietitian.
