Healthy Weights, Healthy Habits is a two-part series.
Part 1 provides evidence-based information about body weight, metabolism, calories and dieting (and all the misconceptions about these ideas).
Part 2 focuses on behaviour change, and how to create long-lasting healthy habits.
These classes work best when taken together, though anyone can choose to attend just one or the other separately. This virtual series runs monthly in two formats: Two 1-hour classes one week apart OR a single 2-hour class.
