Weight Management
Program Details (Back to Programs)

This program, for Maple FHT patients, is a non-dieting, healthy lifestyle approach designed to help patients with an unhealthy Body Mass Index (BMI) improve their eating habits and find ways to increase activity levels. This group program can help participants:

  • Achieve a healthier weight
  • Reduce health risk
  • Feel better both physially and mentally
  • Improve nutrition status
The group is led by a Registered Dietitian, with components facilitated by a certified Personal Trainer and a Mental Health Counsellor.

  • Recipe for Change (seven week group)
  • Recipe for Change Follow-up
