Would you like to join a family medicine practice with Maple Family Health Team?  Maple FHT practices are currently recruiting physicians.

The Maple Family Health Team (Maple) is a primary health care organization that brings together family doctors, nurse practitioners, registered nurses, social workers, dietitians, and other professionals to provide and coordinate the best possible primary care for patients.  Maple is a not-for-profit Corporation, managed by a Board of Directors, and has six clinics in the Kingston area. 

Physicians Recruitment Incentive 

New, full-time family physicians moving to Kingston are eligible for a $100,000 incentive paid out in instalments over 5 years.  To be eligible, physicians can either establish a new practice within the City of Kingston or take over an existing roster of patients from a departing or retiring physician.  For more information visit:  https://kingston.possiblemadehere.org/physicians/
