The Maple Family Health Team (Maple) is a primary health care organization that brings together family doctors, nurse practitioners, registered nurses, social workers, dietitians, and other professionals to provide and coordinate the best possible primary care for patients.  Maple is a not-for-profit Corporation, managed by a Board of Directors, and has seven clinics in the Kingston area.
